We want you to feel confident shopping with us, while also keeping our products safe and hygienic for every customer.
Our Happiness Promise
If something isn't right with your order, we will always do our best to make it right.
Because our lashes are hygiene products, returns are slightly different from clothing or accessories — but don't worry, we've designed a process that is simple, fair, and transparent.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or replacement.
When Returns Are Accepted
We happily accept returns or replacements if:
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong product
- Your item arrived defective
- Your order was lost in transit
If any of the above happens, we will replace or refund your item at no additional cost to you.
Hygiene & Safety
Because false lashes are a hygiene product, we can only accept returns for items that are:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- With the hygiene seal intact
Once lashes have been opened or used, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
This helps protect all our customers and supports product safety standards.
What If I Ordered the Wrong Style?
We understand that choosing lashes online can sometimes be tricky.
For unopened products, we allow style exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
For style exchanges, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Faulty products
For style exchanges or change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
How To Request a Return

- Include your order number
- Include a clear photo of the item
- Include a short explanation of the issue
Our team will aim to reply within 48-96 business hours with the next steps.
Return Postage & Fees
A return shipping fee of €3.99 applies per return parcel, regardless of the number of items included.
We recommend returning multiple items together in a single parcel to avoid additional charges. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
The €3.99 return fee does not apply if the item was faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly by us — we cover all return costs in those cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is usually 3–5 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Replacements
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
In some cases, we may not require the original item to be returned before sending a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used lashes
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items, unless faulty
