Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Within Ireland
We currently ship from Ireland using An Post.
Free Standard Delivery
FREE on all orders
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
- No tracking included
- This is our most popular option
Express Tracked Delivery
€4.95
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
- Full tracking provided via An Post
You can select this option during checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom. Free standard delivery is available for Ireland orders. UK delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time Disclaimer
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and promotional sales
- Postal service delays
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee delivery
- We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address
- If the parcel is returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Delays Outside Our Control
Once your parcel has been handed to An Post, delivery is managed by the courier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
